It gives me heart to see that Wrexham’s indigent drug addicts and alcoholics are making great use of the facilities at Wrexham library to enhance their prospects, by education, of obtaining meaningful employment.
Or could it be they are there to solely to keep warm?

I visited yesterday and have to say I found one of them to be very intimidating just by his langauge but they were all peaceful.

    Felt sorry for the staff.

Must also add I walked past the guildhall looked in the offices and not one person was working in them.

Did you pass the Guildhall during nap time?
