M&S car park (Eagles Meadow)

Not for the first time the barriers wouldn’t work there this morning. There’s no one around when you get stuck in there. It is a shambles. M&S staff have no way of helping because it’s a private firm that run the car park. Many say they won’t shop at M&S again after this last shambles, as If it’s not bad enough.

Did you ask in any other store’s if they could help, M&S are not the only store.

There were no others open, this was just after 8am.

No problem, I think there should be someone on site from 8am. Being as this seems to happen regularly.

There is a button on the exit gate to press should you require help. The office is alongside the barrier.

Everyone tried that several times but no one answered. Even rang the number on the wall for help but that was unobtainable.

Perhaps the trapped have all set-up camp in there. Cue someone reporting that Eagle’s Meadow car park has been taken over by travellers.
