Yes, but you must remember that this progress, anything over say, 10 years old, should be bulldozed, concreted over or a metal shell with a bit of 2×4 nailed on.

I remember the old market in town for one, beautiful b&w entrance – demolished for the sake of a lovely brown brick wall! Nice. That old bridge carrying the canal over in Ponty, surely a metal and concrete one would be better – Parish Church in town, ideal space for some empty high rise penthouses with a lovely view of the other empty high rise penthouses – I could go on….usually do…but as an old decrepit rundown structure with lots of history I’m about to be replaced by a much younger fancier model – Mr G is pleased though!
