Should blind people actually be driving and using car parks? The whinger who complained that he paid when he didn’t have to – would have normally paid anyway – so whats his point, it was his own fault!

People love to blame others for their own mistakes, I don’t know why but it makes them feel better in themselves to pass the blame on rather than say they were a bit twp. It happens to all of us. If I don’t make at least five mistakes a day, I’ve had a good one. Not that I’ve ever made less than five mistakes.

I expect they will just give it to the councillors as a bonus or spend it on the homeless who contribute nothing in taxes.
