Expanding this Aldi Store would make what is a real bottle neck even worse. One road in and out of a congested site.
Reduced car parking on the aldi site will only further add to long standing issues

It is only losing 33 car spaces so customers will park in sainsburys and walk across the road, which they do now when its packed so no problems.

Yer, lets campaign to get Plas Coch Retail Park shut and empty by Christmas, fit in with the Town Center then! Dope!

There’s more congestion from traffic cutting between the B&Q roundabout and Rhosddu Road than those using the retail park. I do this pretty regularly, at dofferent times of the day, and once I’m into the retail park, traffic ceases to be an issue, even more so once past Sainsbury’s

The bigger Aldi gets, the better for the consumer.

Not saying there should be street protests, just that in this case, things should be left as they are, Only last year they carried out work on this very same store. In addition Aldi have since then opened another large outlet, I think they have more than a decent slice of the local market as thing stand Dope.

Definately a snobby Sainsbury’s shopper, annoyed at the ruffians that use Aldi getting in the way of the Aston with Porsche driving it. Why can’t they just stop being poor? Disgusting!

At least Aldi have not had the financial carrot that Sainsbury had from the Council and developer on the site when it started.

At least Aldi as a business is clearly doing well and meeting the needs of their local customers– basic business sense if you provide what your customers want and invest in your business you will be rewarded with loyal customers and more new ones as their reputation expands.

The Council should be collecting Section 106 funding from the developments and investing the funding in road in improvements in the area.
