Elias Ackerley from Coedpoeth, and a BBC Young Musician of the Year finalist, will conclude the summer programme of Live Music Showcase recitals in Ty Pawb on Thursday July 25th at 1pm in a programme of music by Schuman – ‘Fantasiestucke Op 12’ and Liszt ‘Fantasia quasi Sonata’.

This will be Elias’s final performance in Wrexham before he heads to the USA to continue his studies at the Curtis School of Music in Philadelphia.

We are excited to welcome Elias to perform in our Live Music Showcase concerts and blessed with such wonderfully gifted musicians who have all contributed so brilliantly to our concerts through the season.

Live Music Showcase will launch its autumn schedule on Thursday 19th September with a recital for piano and cello by Tim Stuart and Ursula Byzdra.
