Details: A talk entitled “THE FOOD HYGIENE RATING SCHEME” is being hosted by the Wrexham Area Civic Society. The talk will be given by Becky Pomeroy, who is the specialist environmental health officer at Wrexham County Borough Council.

The number of restaurants, bars and fast food outlets seems to have grown enormously over the last few years, as has the number of reported scares in the food supply chain. Becky is to inform us as to both problems and measures currently being undertaken.
