Update: Everyone has been allowed back into the building, and the Fire Service have confirmed it was a false alarm.

Wrexham Police station has been evacuated this morning.

The alarm sounded around 10:10am with a quick evacuation of everyone inside – including us at Wrexham.com who was in meeting the local Inspector.

The Fire Service was attending as we were outside at 10:20.

We are trying to discover the cause of the alarm.
