Witness appeal after Saturday morning ‘assault’ on Lord Street

CSI teams were in the city centre at the weekend following an incident on Lord Street.

North Wales Police said this afternoon, “We were called at 09.45am on Saturday September 30th to a report of an assault on Lord Street in Wrexham.

“Emergency services attended the location which resulted in one man being taken to hospital.

“Two people were arrested and have since been bailed with conditions pending further enquiries.

“Anyone who may have information, or any footage of the incident is asked to contact police quoting reference A157483.”
