Police are urging van owners to ensure their vehicles are secure after three break-ins overnight.

NWP Community Safety East say that tools were stolen during the incidents, which took place at around 10pm on Monday night in the on Brynmally Park area of Pentre Broughton.

Police say: “Please keep your vans secure. Use additional padlocks to make it more difficult to break into. Remove your most expensive power tools overnight and don’t make it easy for them.”
