Police hunt woman in connection with attempted robbery

Local officers have issued an appeal this evening to help their enquiries after an attempted robbery earlier this evening.

The attempted robbery took place between 7PM and 7:40PM earlier this evening (15th June).

Police say, “We are asking for any witnesses to come forward who were in the area or may have seen someone or something. The description of the female suspect is – Blonde hair, Pink top, Black or Denim trousers, full length, hair in a bobble (Back in a bun) light blonde in colour (wasn’t bleached blonde).”

Police have said “If you were in the area of the following you may be able to assist us” giving the following streets:

Crescent Road
Crescent Close
Field View
Montgomery Road
Manley Road
