Vacant office space near Wrexham town centre could be used as counselling facilities on a temporary basis.

In an application submitted to Wrexham Council it has been proposed that three ground floor offices in 2 Grosvenor Road are used to house the facilities.

If approved the rooms would be used for counselling services for visiting clients until June 30th 2019.

Details provided in the application’s supporting documents state: “Access, circulation and toilet facilities will remain entirely as existing.

“However a small removable ramp will be provided to overcome the single step to the rear entrance; this will be stored internally and only placed into position as/if required.”

The application will be considered for approval at a later date.
