“Perhaps you’re upsizing or downsizing, buying your first property or hoping to find your ideal forever home? Do you have to move or relocate for work? Does the property market make you nervous?

“Whatever your property puzzle, Kirstie and Phil may be able to help. Apply today and you could have a dedicated team and the two best known property experts in the country at your service.”

Chris Hamill Director of Whitegates estate agents in Wrexham told us: “It will be great for Phil and Kirsty to come to Wrexham. Our local property market is currently very healthy and should make for a great show.”

“Gresford is a great choice as it offers a vast selection of property types from retirement bungalows to large executive houses. Hopefully they will pop in to Whitegates for a brew whilst they’re here!”

Local Councillor Andrew Atkinson said, “Gresford is a fantastic place to live with a truly brilliant community. We’ve got great schools, a fantastic range of shops and services, awesome pubs, top local walks like the quarry and so much more.

“There’s so much to offer its no wonder they want to film here.”
