A stall that specialises in canvas prints has opened in the Butchers’ Market.

Off The Wall, which is run by Mike and Jane Hands celebrated its opening day last Monday.

The idea behind the stall came from Mike and Jane’s past experiences at car boot sales, where they discovered there is an interest in the canvas prints.

Some of the prints on offer include Marvel comics, Beano, Banksy and One Direction. Alongside the canvas prints the stall also sells picture frames.

“A lot of the stuff is quite modern and contemporary,” said Mike.

Jane said: “We’ve tried to make a big deal out of the stall and hope to catch the eye off the road.”

When Wrexham.com popped down for a chat, there was already a great deal of interest being shown in the canvas prints available!

Although they’re just a week into the business, they have already received some great feedback.

Mike said: “People in the market have been really nice and friendly. They’ve all said this is the type of stuff they want to see in here.”

Speaking about why they chose to set up a stall in the Butchers’ Market, Mike said: “Out of the three this one seems to be the busiest.

“Everybody has been really welcoming and friendly, there’s a real market feel to it.”

If you’re interested in buying a canvas print, Off The Wall is open 9 – 4:30/5 on all market days, except for a half day on Wednesdays.
