NRG Membership Package for Wrexham Leisure Centres

Wrexham Council are working with creator of world-leading adult group fitness programs, Les Mills, to get young people more fit and active.

The collaboration will be the first in Wales to work with Les Mills in this new children’s exercise project designed to get children into the habit of keeping fit and healthy.

Membership packages called “NRG” include ‘Born to Move’ fitness classes, swimming, Junior gym sessions, Waterworks and many more that will benefit children aged 8-16. Memberships and classes will be available throughout WCBC Leisure sites including Waterworld, Chirk, Gwyn Evans and Queensway stadium.

A launch for the memberships will be taking place at the Clywedog Sports Centre on Sunday 8 March from 10am till 2pm, free of charge, with all the various activities mentioned taking place.
