Details of where the Coca Cola Truck will be visiting this Christmas have been unveiled – with many questioning if the truck will make a reappearance in Wrexham over the festive period.

Last December thousands visited Wrexham Town Centre when the Coca Cola Truck pulled up on Queen’s Square for the day. Across the day and early evening many turned out to have their picture taken with the now ‘iconic’ truck, which made its first appearance in the town centre.

Over the past few weeks, many people have been in touch with Wrexham.com to find out if the truck will once again visit the town.

It has today been confirmed that this year the iconic Coca Cola Truck will not be returning to Wrexham – although nearby locations for the truck include Chester and Colwyn Bay.

Wrexham however does have a packed Christmas calendar this year – with a festive lantern parade / Christmas Light Switch On due to take place across the town centre on November 26th.

Across the end of November / throughout December there will be a series of Carol Concerts at St Giles and Eagles Meadow, the return of the popular Victorian Christmas Market on the 10th December and also a winter fun fair on Waterworld car park between the 18th and 30th December (to name just a few of the events!)

Father Christmas himself will also be making an appearance in town on Saturday 5th December, before setting up his home for a few weekends in the People’s Market.

There are lots more events taking place to celebrate the festive period in Wrexham – full details of which can be found on the Wrexham Council website. You can also pick up the Christmas in Wrexham Guide from the Tourist Information Centre in town.
