A brand new outreach Post Office service to help “meet customer needs” has opened in Penley.

The Postmaster for Bryn Hafod will provide an outreach service at the Rainbow Centre, Whitchurch Road, Penley, LL113 0LR every Tuesday from 2 – 4pm.

The new branch offers customers services including posting letters and parcels to collecting and returning online shopping items.

Customers will also be able to take advantage of a wide range of banking services including cash withdrawals and balance enquiries for customers of all the main UK banks.

Carol Williams, Post Office Area Network Change Manager, said: “We are pleased that the Postmaster for Bryn Hafod can provide this service for Penley and we know that the community will welcome this news.”
