Just over two weeks after we reported on his first telling off in the House Of Commons, Local MP Ian Lucas has been ticked off again.

Today the Speaker Mr Bercow rebuked Mr Lucas along with a handful of other MP’s after barracking the Prime Minster over an answer on the current phone hacking scandal. Mr Lucas was offered a suggestion of ‘therapeutic guidance’ once again by the Speaker.

Wrexham.com asked Mr Lucas for this thoughts on the rebukes, who said: “I’m a regular and active speaker in Commons debates – in the past two weeks I have raised concerns on the student visa problems at Glyndwr, passports, the Independent Living Fund, construction finance in Wrexham, and the Queen’s Speech among others as well as taking part in debates on Africa and the Middle East as shadow Minister.”

“Doing that means your face gets known, and the Speaker mentioned me today – he’s previously picked up on various Government Minsters doing the same thing.”

“There is passion in my politics and I was annoyed that the Prime Minister was not answering the question – at Prime Minister’s Questions.”

Mr Lucas is an avid user of Twitter, but as of yet has not started to use a hashtag his colleagues have adopted:
