Hold off filling your tank this evening if you can as there are further savings due on fuel tomorrow.

Asda has announced another 2p cut in the cost of unleaded petrol, which means petrol falls to 105.7p a litre from tomorrow.

Tesco followed with a promise that its petrol and diesel prices would drop by 2p a litre, and usually other outlets follow suit.

The price of Brent crude oil slipped below $55 in world markets, with prices of £1 per litre of petrol looking more and more likely.
