A man has been taken to hospital after an incident at an address in Brymbo,

Shortly before 8am this morning (Thursday, April 25th) we received a call following a concern for the safety of a man at a property in the Bryn Ffynnon area of Brymbo.

NWP Wrexham Rural say that officers attended and identified a material of potential hazardous concern at the property.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene and following joint investigations with the emergency services, no ongoing concerns to the public were identified.

The man was taken to hospital.

Chief Inspector David Cust said: “This was an isolated incident and emergency services have now stood down following joint enquiries that found there are no wider concerns for the community.

“I would like to thank residents in the area for their understanding and patience while we carried out our investigations.”
