Man Charged With Robbery at Wrexham Bookies & Flat Appears in Court

A 51-year-old man appeared in court today charged with stealing money during a robbery at a Wrexham bookmakers and at a flat.

Andrew Dodman, who appeared in Wrexham Magistrates Court this afternoon, is alleged to have robbed the Corbett Bookmakers on Park Avenue in Acton.

The incident took place on Thursday 10th March, with Dodman allegedly stealing a quantity of cash from the premises.

It is also alleged that Dodman stole money during a robbery at flat the next evening on Friday 11th March.

The case was referred to Mold Crown Court and will be heard on Friday 8th April.
