ASDA car park was temporarily closed off after a car was embedded on a kerb.

Steve Head sent us this picture of the scene by the ‘ASDA roundabout’ saying the carpark was ‘locked down’:
asda-this-morning

The fire service, police and ambulance services all attended, with Wrexham’s Green Watch saying “Both crews have attended a RTC on Asda car park. Driver was released from the vehicle prior to our arrival. Crews made the scene safe.”

“Crews stabilised the vehicle and set up a cordon.”

Sam Snowden tweeted us to say “According to ASDA staff the crash was an 87 year old woman who put her foot on the wrong pedal when going around the roundabout!”
