Incident By Kinnerton Turnoff On A550 Wrexham Road

A road was briefly closed off this evening while a collision was dealt with.

The road reopened shortly after, but caused delays to rush hour traffic in the area.

Andy posted to our Facebook page saying it looked a minor incident, “Looks like a card ran into the back of another & that cars ricocheted into another! There’s a bit of mess on the floor!”

Police are currently attending an incident near Hope which occurred just before 6pm.

The accident occurred on the A550 Wrexham Road near Kinnerton Road, near to the turning for Higher Kinnerton.

We are told police are attending the collision.

The incident has caused severe delays on nearby roads.

There is no further detail as of yet.
