How safe do you feel in Wrexham?

That is the crux of the question being asked by The Community Safety Partnership (CSP) – who want to find out how safe you feel when you are spending time in and around the county borough.

The partnership aims address community safety issues across Wrexham and to help make the area a safe place to live, work in and visit.

As part of their work CSP are asking residents to take part in a survey to help find out about feelings of safety in Wrexham and the issues that have an impact on this.

As part of the survey participants are asked which part of Wrexham they live in, how safe they feel walking / travelling in the area, if they have experienced or witnessed any crime in the past 12 months and feelings of the town centre.

There are also questions asking how people would rate your fear of crime in Wrexham, compared to other UK towns and what has influenced that view.

The findings of the survey will tell the partnership how safe you feel and what it is that makes you feel less safe or more safe when you are out and about.

The Wrexham Community Safety Survey 2018 is available here or you can pick up a paper copy in Wrexham Library or Wrexham Contact Centre, Lord Street.

You have until November 8th 2018 to take part and have your say.
