Plans have been submitted to convert a property in Offa into a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO).

The application, which has been but forward by Edge Architects, has proposed a change of use for 24 Salisbury Road.

According to the applicants the property has been vacant since the end of December 2023.

The current layout of the property consists of a large living room, sitting room, kitchen and dining room, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.

There are also six further bedrooms, office and bathroom facilities on the first floor.

Under the new plans the first floor would be converted into four bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and a further bathroom.

A bathroom, staff room and ‘medical room’ are also shown on the plans.

The ground floor would see two rooms turned into bedrooms,  three shower rooms / bathrooms, a living room, dining area and kitchen.

The application will be considered for approval by Wrexham Council at a later date.
