‘Hit & Run’ Incident In Llay

A couple with their young daughter were unharmed after a ‘hit and run’ incident in Llay earlier this evening.

The incident took place around 5pm on the B5373 Gresford Road near Ffordd Gwenllian.

Local Councillor Rob Walsh placed the top and below pictures on twitter, saying: “Hit and run earlier on Gresford Road. Couple & young daughter unharmed. Driver of other vehicle did a runner.”

Cllr Walsh encouraged anyone with any information to call police.

Around 10am earlier today two adults were taken to Wrexham Maelor hospital after a separate three-vehicle crash nearby on Croeshowell Road in Rossett.
