Fire crews were called to a substantial house fire in Wrexham this afternoon.

The fire occurred at a residential property on Grange Avenue just off of East Avenue.

Three police cars also attended the incident, with several emergency vehicles blue lighting through Rhosddu area to attend at 2pm.

Nigel, who took the image featured above, told us that no one was injured and that two dogs were rescued from the property.

The fire has now been extinguished.
