EURO 2016: Wales Drawn In Group B (…with England)

With this evening’s Wales draw for Euro 2016 complete the following is the outcome with info on what dates you should book off work!

The draw took place at the Palais des Congres, a convention centre in Paris with the usual preamble. Wales were in Pot 4 along with the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, plus Iceland and Albania to be drawn.

GROUP B – The Welsh Group!

  • Wales
  • Slovakia

The locations and fixtures are pre-determined prior to the draw, with the following being the dates/times for Wales…

11th June Wales v Slovakia (in Bordeaux)

16th June England v Wales (in Lens)

20th June Wales v Russia (in Toulouse)

The route to the final in the Stade de France could be with games on the 25th June if the group is won, or if second 27th of June, from there depending on what route it could involve games on Just 1st or 3rd July. From the the Semi’s are on the 6th and 7th of July.

The final itself is on the 10th July 2016 at the Stade de France.
