Motorists are being advised of likely delays on the A483 next week – with works taking place across the bypass over the next seven days.

The ‘essential drainage works’ will take place on the A483 between Junction 1 (Ruabon) and Junction 2 (towards Johnstown) and Junction 5 (B&Q Roundabout) to Junction 6 (Gresford Roundabout)

Work will begin on Monday 14th March and will last for one week.

The works are to be undertaken by the North Mid Wales Trunk Road Agency.

Due to the nature of the works involved the works will be undertaken during the day and will be under lane restrictions.

Motorists are being advised that there is likely to be delays whilst these works are being undertaken and should allow extra time for their journey.

Further information about the works is available on www.traffic-wales.com
