A candlelit vigil will take place in Llay this evening as a mark respect to the victims of the Manchester attack.

The vigil will take place at Llay Central Gardens at 6pm this evening.

22 people were killed and around 120 injured in the terror attack on the Manchester Arena after an Ariana Grande concert on Monday evening.

Those looking to attend tonight’s vigil are encouraged to bring their own candles.

The vigil will be the second to have taken place in the Wrexham area, with crowds gathering on Llwyn Isaf on Friday to pay their respects to the victims of the Manchester terrorist attack.
