Plans to open a new cafe on Eagles Meadow have been lodged.

It has been proposed that 36 Crescent Road, which is one of the units at the front of Eagles Meadow, is converted into a cafe.

The application states that the property is currently vacant but was previously home to a fishmongers.

If approved the would operate between 6am and 6pm Monday to Saturday.

The application states: “The proposed change of use is considered to be appropriate given the location within an established mixed commercial use area.
