Bike Stolen In Gwersyllt

North Wales Police are appealing for information after a road bike was stolen from a locked shed in Gwersyllt.

The bike was stolen sometime between 1.00pm on Saturday 30th November and 8.00am the following day, Sunday 1st December 2013 thieves forced their way into a shed in Woodfields, Gwersyllt and stole a GT R4 road bike.

The bike is red and black with 18 gears, white racing seat and handle bars, clip-less pedals and a cycle computer on the handle bars. It also has a small bag under rear seat which contained a spare inner tube and front and rear lights.

A spokesman said: “We’d like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen any suspicious activity or has information about who responsible for this theft.

“It is worth reminding all house holders to be vigilant at all times, always ensure your property is locked and secured and if they see any suspicious behaviour to let police know immediately.”
