An appeal for information and witnesses is being made following the theft of a Yamaha bike.

Sometime between 5.30pm yesterday (Wednesday, February 26) and 9am today (Thursday, February 27) an offender/s forced their way into a shed in the garden of a property on Cae Gors, Wrexham. Once inside they stole a blue coloured Yamaha YBR 125 bike and a red coloured Power Devil petrol lawn mower which has a black coloured handle.

The bike had a ‘grenade’ lock and a wheel lock fitted to it.

It is believed the offender/s have then dragged the bike across a field at the rear of Cae Gors.

Inquiries are underway and officers are appealing to anyone saw anyone acting suspiciously in the vicinity, has information or who may know the whereabouts of the Yamaha bike and lawn mower to contact members of the Investigation Support Team immediately on 101 quoting reference number RC14029673.

Alternatively, individuals can also contact Crimestoppers anonymously with information on 0800 555 111.
