Accident By Abbot Street & Vicarage Hill

Around 8:30pm this evening a Red Peugeot hatch back collided with a small white van on the exit of Abbot Street to Vicarage Hill in the town centre.

Ambulance service and police attended and currently a tow truck is help clear the scene with police directing traffic.

Alongside this an AA van was attending a broken down car on the corner of Vicarage Hill & Brook Street with a few friends of the driver parked up nearby creating a car based “shambles” as an eyewitness told us.
