Yes they are trained to only target the sort of people who are likely to cooperate with them, as this is Kingdoms best chance of making a profit. There’s no money in trying to fine a group of lads etc who will just tell them to get lost.

The main reason Anglesey council removed Kingdom was due to the sheer number of complaints by the local residents.

Councillor Bithell is at best naive or at worst doesn’t give a damn about people’s concerns with Kingdom Security. They are a private company who’s only concern, just like any company, is to make a profit.

They will go for easy targets, or the sort of people they think will fall for their threats of police backup for refusing to give them your details. They will even pretend to call the police on their mobile phones to scare people into giving their details.

The police WILL NOT ATTEND any call outs from Kingdom Security regarding refusal to give your details. It is not a police matter and if the police were to attend, the most they could do would be to ensure that there was no breach of the peace. Furthermore, the police are not allowed to pass your details on to a 3rd party such as Kingdom Security, as this would be a breach of data protection laws.
I also have it on good authority that Kingdom Security are seen as somewhere between a nuisance and a laughing stock by the local constabulary.

Over 9000 peoplw have now joined the North Wales Against Kingdom Security group on Facebook. Kingdom have already been taken out of Anglesey and Gwynedd due to pressure on the local council’s in those areas and hopefully WCBC will soon follow suit.

There’s no money in it for Kingdom that’s why. They aren’t interested in preventing littering. Like any private company, they only care about making a profit, which is why they will usually only attempt to fine easier targets such as the elderly or lone women…and the sort of people they think will fall for their empty threats of calling for police backup for refusal to give details. A friend witnessed an exchange on High Street 2 months ago between a young lad and a Kingdom officer.

    Kingdom….What’s your name?
    Lad….Mickey Mouse
Kingdom….I’ll phone the police and get them to take your details
    Lad….Go on then.

Kingdom then gave up and walked off. This is why they are unlikely to attempt to fine the louts and junkies as theres no profit in it.

If anyone feels that they have been unfairly targeted by Kingdom and needs advice, please feel free to join the North Wales Against Kingdom Security group on Facebook, there are already 7000 member’s.

If anyone has been unfairly targeted by Kingdom then please join the North Wales against Kingdom Security group on Facebook. No one is condoning deliberate littering but Kingdom are getting out of hand now. They also should not be operating on private land, such as supermarket car parks and retail parks. They tried to find one lady on Island Green retail park because her toddler had accidentally dropped a sweet wrapper, which she hadn’t even noticed until they came running after her…does that really warrant a fine? Yet on one occasion, when it was pointed out to them that there was a group of lads across the road outside Lloyd’s who were smoking and throwing their stumps down on the floor, they said they couldn’t attempt to fine then for “safety reasons”

I think you’ll find that Kingdom make a tidy profit for themselves and the council get about 11% out of the fines levied.

I wonder what they charge when a zombie does a poo in the street?

Kingdom have got no more powers than the milkman, thats why they won’t patrol town at night targeting people who drop their takeaways etc. They only go for soft daytime targets.
