Good old Cllr Bithell pictured in the Leader receiving a petition to reinstate a bus route from some oap’s outside the Guildhall

Call me cynical but I bet an alternative operator is in the pipeline and he’ll get a big old slap on the back and ANOTHER photo opportunity. You have to ‘admire’ his ability to work a situation.
