    In an English county it was decided that the green recycle box should be replaced by a bin. The householders were told that they may use the bins for other purposes as they were not recyclable. I suppose they have to use recycled plastic somewhere but …….

    I for one support it, no matter how difficult it may to enforce. I look forward to the day when smoking is banned from all public places and town centres. It should be kept to locations where non-consenting people don’t need to go into such as licensed rooms in bars.
