This will be the second development in the area of the Stansty Railway Bridge. If this development is successful will the Council have lost the potential ability to improve traffic management in this area?

Traffic management to WCBC means, if the road layout works on a computer it will be ok.

I hope that the new residents don’t all want to shop at Sainsburys. Or those working in Chester & elsewhere needing to access the bypass at rush hour. I am not opposed to a roundabout at that junction but I do hope that somewhere in the planning application that separate provision will be made for pedestrians & motorised wheelchair users to take them away from an already busy bridge.
