    I would concur AMA, and the leather works covered the island green site and some of the old buildings still remain – posh apartments. It stank rank and the lager works too!

    We had a look a the apartments on Island Green with a view to renting one when we moved here. We were told that it was a brewery or maltings ? Didn’t think they were particularly posh though. Just small and expensive.
