It is good that Wrexham is going to have more support for the town centre through Business in the Community it is however strange how the Welsh Government Award of £10.59 million from the Vibrant and Viable fund has now increased to £27 million according to the Leader Clr Pritchard.
Does anyone know where the extra funding has been conjured up.
