That’s only 65p tax and duty per litreDiesel is £1.18p a litre at the Esso garage and has been for a while. It’s one of the most expensive in the area.

My source? That would be dealing with fuel deliveries from this mentioned terminal for a few years until late 2011 (when contract for supply was moved elsewhere). If you really want I could probably dig up pre & post delivery temperature readings from site tank gauges from this period as well as a supply offer from last year from a well known branded fuel supplier which incorporated reconciliation to the industry standard 15C for any deliveries loaded from this terminal. I can assure you this stuff has not been made up and as I stated earlier it’s no secret within the industry, it is all very boring though!

How exactly is it out of date?, has the terminal in question been substantially modified since then? Anyway, the temperature compensated supply deal I mentioned was actually from summer of last year, I suppose that is out of date too?
