Council Executive Members change- Clr David Griffiths goes

At a meeting of the Local Labour Group on the council last night a major surprise took place with Clr David Griffiths loosing his position as Lead Member on the Executive responsible for Health and Well being.
Clr Griffiths has been the lead Member overseeing the closure of high profile facilities such as Plas Madoc Leisure Centre Community Centres and Libraries to name but a few.
This will no doubt have rocked the controlling Labour Group members who will no realize the consequences of not listening to fellow Councilors.
Lets hope there is some new blood with enthusiasm to learn and listen from fellow Councilors and the electorate.
