It is good that there has been discussion about ASB in Wrexham but CllR Pritchard needs to look back a few years when the youth service budget was cut from £750k to 250k and the spiral effect since then – where is there a youth friendly location funded by the Council in the city centre – None. What happened to The Vic that was a hub for young people – oh it became an office for Council staff and virtually no direct support or engagement.
As The Vic belongs to the Temperance Society should it even be used as office , what are the terms of the long-term lease. Should a charity building be used as a Council staff office block!
