I can’t help thinking that at this time and the circumstances the WNHS finds itself in the £23 MILLION (that’s a lot of money for new toys) could be better spent on perhaps, more ambulances, more crews more nursing staff, more beds to enable the ambulance crews to off load their patient from the ambulance into, you know, things like that but, i’m sure the protagonists of the move would argue that the new tablets are going to enable the crews to work more efficiently but, at the end of the day, if no bed available the patient stays in the ambulance no matter whether it is equipped with a high-tech Mobile Data Vehicle Solution (MDVS) or not.

At only £28,750 per Ambulance it’s a complete bargain. Who ever negotiated that deal needs a massive bonus.
