Factory issues in Belgium appear to be the stumbling block for both the Pfizer vaccine & Oxford Zeneca.
The EU are also having problems with vaccine supply & they haven’t passed the Oxford Zeneca one as yet although they have passed Moderna.What Benjamin thinks of as whinging is actually concern. He obviously is not a carer. Many carer’s are also in their 70’s.
My point was actually about the delay in administering the second dose & how it affects other people down the line following comments on the thread.No zinger you are quite right, I am not a carer. What I am though is a transplant recipient that has a compromised immune system, so subsequently categorised as being extremely vulnerable.
Notwithstanding, I acknowledge that there needs to be a formal system for prioritising vaccinations however much I would prefer to receive it sooner rather than later. I know that my turn will come so I will sit back, chill and follow the guidelines that we are all advised to follow.
Fretting and worrying achieves nothing except causing elevated stress levels.Surely this government pilot in Buckley to do Pfizer vaccines at local surgeries is a positive step and will mean more jabs in arms at a quicker pace.
…this is all about increasing the amount of vaccine in the community and getting our lives back to normal.
