Details: Most of us experience improved health when we eat a balanced diet, sleep well and exericse. But how often do we consider the benefits of a healthy mind?
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to be beneficial for managing a variety of health concerns such as stress, anxiety and depression. An 8 week Mindfulness (MBSR) training course provides a unique opportunity to explore the benefits of mindfulness meditaiton and discover why taking an active approach to looking after our mind is as essential to our health and wellbeing as diet and exercise.
Consists of 8 weekly, 2.5 hour meetings with structured home practice exercises.
