Police are appealing for information after an altercation between motorists in Moss near Wrexham.

The incident involved a black Volvo and a 4×4 vehicle which found themselves facing each other on Francis Road at around 4pm on July 21.

Although no contact was made between the vehicles , it is alleged that the female driver of the 4×4 kept edging forward forcing the Volvo to reverse.

When the male passenger of the Volvo got out of the car to remonstrate, she drove at the man forcing him on to the bonnet of her vehicle which then made short abrupt movements forwards and backwards several times.

When the victim got to his feet the 4X4 drove off at speed.

The man was not injured.

Police would like to speak to the driver of the 4X4 described as a white woman in her 30’s with long blonde or sandy coloured hair.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call police on 101 .
