An appeal for witnesses has been launched after two men fled the scene after crashing a stolen car in the town centre.

The black Vauxhall Astra was taken from the Ffordd Jarvis area of Acton on Wednesday after thieves broken into the property and stole the keys.

Police say the vehicle was then involved in a minor collision on Priory Street in the town centre on yesterday afternoon at 3:49pm.

The two male occupants of the vehicle then fled the scene.

Any further information about the car theft can be reported to North Wales Police quoting W155978.
