Congratulation to Ian Bancroft on being appointed to the position of Chief Executive for Wrexham – boy what a job you have in your hands but looking at some of the things you have achieved in Flintshire things look good for Wrexham.

Be interesting to know what his views will be on either county mergers or the merging of service areas across Wrexham and Flintshire..

Wonder if the Chief Executive in Flintshire was to leave if there would be a move to try for a joint Chief Executive- it has happened in England without there being a full merger.
