Does this include Wrexham Councils recycling operatives?

The amount of mess on the road and pavements on bin/recycling box collection days is unbelievable after Wrexham Councils binmen (recycling operatives) have been around!

They make more mess than anyone and really don’t care about what they do or take ‘pride in the streets’.

Very true, Theresa – I’m afraid some of them seem to take the attitude that if it drops on the floor when they are emptying the recycle bin it is not their problem and they just leave it there!
